I have the right to decline any commission that I am not comfortable with and/or require the skills to execute. Half of the commission must be paid prior to starting the commission. The other half is due before the shipment is sent out.If you are unable to provide payment, please let me know and I will place you on hold. If I do not hear back from you within a week I will assume you are no longer looking for my commission and will remove you from hold.

Any revisions can be made during the pattern process. After the pattern process, only minor revisions can be made.Note: After the product is in the final stage, It cannot be revised.

Under no circumstances may my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, be used in any way related to AI or NFTS. This includes but is not limited to: Inputting, feeding, training or referencing my art in any AI program, dataset or generator. Using my art to create AI models, prompts, or "inspired" outputs. Hosting, selling, or distributing my work on blockchain-based platforms, including NFTS, crypto art, or any derivative technologies. Any violation will result in immediate revocation of rights, a permanent ban from commissioning me, platform reporting/DMCA takedowns where applicable, and public notification of the breech to relevant communities.

After the physical product has been started, I will not offer refunds.Digital products, such as patterns, cannot be refunded because it is a digital product.
